SANZAAR has confirmed the fixture list for the 2017 Super Rugby tournament. Amendments have been made to several kick-off times and the venues for matches previously 'to be announced' have now also been confirmed.
The focus in now well and truly on the start of the 2017 Super Rugby season and the teams are in full training and preparing to play warm-up matches in the coming weeks.
With Super Rugby taking a break in June due to the incoming visits by the Northern Hemisphere national teams from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Italy and France we take a look at the Team of the Week for Round 14.
Despite Super Rugby expanding to an 18-team format in 2016 the tournament has seen an increase in the overall points-scoring effectiveness with games averaging over 50-points.
It seems logical that the sides with the most possession would be the teams that are scoring the most points in Super Rugby, but that isn’t necessarily the case.
