Entering the stadium
Venues Ōtautahi have launched a digital wayfinding system to assist with navigating One New Zealand stadium.

The first version of the maps is available now on the One New Zealand Stadium website. The first event mode map will be live during the week of Super Round.

What items are prohibited? 

  • Alcohol or illegal substances
  • Bottles or drink containers of any size (excluding baby bottles)
  • Flasks or thermos
  • Prams, strollers, pushchairs, baby capsules
  • Commercial food e.g. fish and chips, Subway, McDonalds, etc.
  • Animals (except guide or hearing dogs)
  • Chairs, stools or furniture
  • Offensive signs or banners
  • Whistles, musical instruments, air horns, or vuvuzelas
  • Selfie sticks, flares, fireworks, lasers or lights
  • Dangerous goods
  • Weapons, or anything that looks like a weapon
  • High-tech recording devices, such as video cameras, GoPros, iPads, tablets and cameras with detachable lenses.

You may bring with you a personal compact or phone camera, and homemade food items for personal consumption e.g. sandwiches.

Can I bring bags/backpacks?
Bags must be 30cm x 30cm or under to enter the venue.
 

Will there be security checks?
There will be bag checks at the gates.
 

Will there be merchandise for sale?
Official merchandise will be available at multiple locations around the stadium across the weekend.

There will be four merchandise outlets in total:

  • One external site located outside the stadium in the merchandise container
  • Three internal sites located at:
    • South Entrance
    • Level 1 North West Concourse
    • Lancaster Pad (North End)

The Lancaster Pad will be the main merchandise hub, stocking kit from all five New Zealand clubs for the full duration of the event.

The remaining three locations will offer a more limited range, stocking merchandise for the home teams playing on that specific day only.

Please note that only New Zealand team merchandise will be available on-site. If you are travelling to support an international team, we recommend purchasing your team’s kit in advance if you’d like to wear your colours.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Homemade food items for personal consumption e.g. sandwiches are permitted. Bottles or drink containers of any size (excluding baby bottles) are not permitted.
Commercial food e.g. fish and chips, Subway, McDonalds, etc are not permitted. 

Are there first aid services on site?
All the venue first aid rooms will be operational and there will be roaming St John staff.

Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes. There are three parents rooms on Level 1.
